Katy Perry was spotted in downtown LA on Monday, September 21st shooting the video for 3oh!3 “Starstruckk” Ft. Katy Perry… She was looking secsi in a black and pink dress. This is the first collaboration with 3oh!3 Katy has done, Although, she has sang with them before and danced with them at 2008 Warped Tour.
